Full Car Licence
If you passed your car test before 1st February 2001, you are
automatically entitled to ride a moped without 'L' plates and without taking CBT,
although it is strongly advised that you do.
If you passed your car test on or after that date, you will still
receive moped entitlement, but you MUST complete a CBT before riding on the road.
This CBT will then last the life of the licence, in respect of mopeds (category P).
A full car licence also gives you a provisional motorcycle licence,
but CBT MUST be completed before riding up to 125cc.
